This affinity ahs led her to the role of a rescuer, saving animals in need. Despite the heartache of losing FOUR beloved pets in 2020 due to old age, Amanda is steadily rebuilding her cherished menagerie. Presently, her home is cat-free, but that is bound to change soon! Currently, she is a mom to fur babies Cupcake, the 13-year-old rescue Shi-chon, the adorable Angel, a Mommy-obsessed Havanese who joined her as a puppy in 2020 and the debonair Winston, a 9-year-old rescue pup “Dorkie” which is a Dauchund & Yorkie mix.
The silver screen and stage have also beckoned Amanda’s talents. Notably, she has graced the movie “A View from the Top”, sharing cinematic space with luminaries like Gwyneth Paltrow and Mike Myers. Her artistic pursuits don’t end there - Amanda has also been a part of ABC’s “Extreme Makeover”, modeled for L’Oreal Hair in a world tour and has adorned numerous other stage and screen productions, showcasing her multifaceted creative flair.
